Review prescription or plano options

The Valve Index product form offers prescription lenses and plano (non-prescription) lenses. Use that product page to select the lens type, review the applicable options and check the displayed total.

Have your prescription ready

For prescription lenses, prepare separate right-eye (OD) and left-eye (OS) values from a current eyeglass prescription. Keep every plus or minus sign, provide AXIS when that eye has nonzero CYL, and follow the selected product’s PD instructions. The Prescription Guide explains the fields.
