Does the 1–4 business day production time include shipping?
No. Add the transit estimate for your destination to the 1–4 business day production stage. Each destination above shows both ranges.
Does expedited shipping shorten production?
No. Expedited shipping changes transit time only. Production remains 1–4 business days.
When will tracking appear?
Tracking begins after dispatch. A label may appear before the first physical scan.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
You are responsible for import taxes, duties, brokerage charges and required customs documents unless checkout states otherwise.
Do you ship to Turkey?
No. Fovevia does not sell or ship to Turkey.
Can I use a PO box or military address?
Standard shipping supports US PO boxes and military addresses, plus Canadian and Australian PO boxes. Expedited shipping does not support US PO boxes or military addresses. Available services are shown at checkout.
What should I do if a parcel is delayed, returned or damaged?
Email support@fovevia.com with your order number and latest tracking event. For damage, include photos and keep the packaging. Do not share prescription details in a carrier inquiry.
