This policy describes information associated with Fovevia’s website, support, commerce, and prescription services. The information involved depends on which services are available and how you use them.

The purposes covered here include operating and protecting the site, answering non-sensitive support questions, reviewing device and prescription information, fulfilling available orders, providing remedies, and meeting applicable obligations.

Who is responsible.

This policy applies to fovevia.com, services offered through it, and support interactions. Descriptions of ordering, payment, prescription submission, production, and delivery apply where those services are available.

Fovevia is the customer-facing brand.

What information we may collect.

The information depends on what you do and which services are available. The following stages describe the information involved where each service is offered:

Site & support
Source: you, your browser or device, and security systems. Data: IP address, browser or device traits, requested pages, referrals, consent choices, security events, diagnostics and, if you contact us, name, reply details, message, product details, and issue evidence. Use: deliver, secure, and diagnose the site or answer a non-sensitive question. Possible recipients: authorized site or support staff and hosting, security, maintenance, or messaging providers.
Account, device & cart
Source: you and available account or storefront features. Data: account details, selected device and variant, product or options, cart, session, and saved preferences. Use: maintain accounts or carts and show your selection. Possible recipients: authorized commerce or support staff and account, hosting, security, or storefront providers.
Order, payment & delivery
Source: you, an adult purchaser, and available payment or delivery services. Data: purchaser and recipient details, billing and delivery information, items, payment status, transaction references, limited fraud signals, shipment or customs details, tracking, cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks. Use: review orders, process payment, keep required records, deliver, and resolve issues. Possible recipients: authorized staff and payment, fraud, accounting, messaging, carrier, tracking, or customs providers.
Prescription, optical review, production & remedy
Source: you or an adult purchaser, uploads, structured entry, human review, and production or support records. Data: right-eye/OD and left-eye/OS SPH, CYL, AXIS, PD, ADD, or prism where relevant; prescription image and metadata; device and product; review and clarification history; laboratory instructions; quality results; issue evidence; and refund, replacement, or remake records. Use: check completeness and feasibility, clarify, produce, quality-check, preserve an order snapshot, and investigate remedies. Possible recipients: authorized staff, optical reviewers, laboratories or manufacturers, quality-control staff, and support staff limited to their order task.
Separate controls for prescription information

Prescription values, images, file names, upload addresses, and order-level optical data must not enter advertising or ordinary analytics systems, public URLs, browser history, unsecured general-message fields, or the WordPress Media Library.

How information may be used.

The purposes of processing are described in the maps above and may include security, fraud prevention, necessary records, remedies, and applicable obligations.

Information may come from you or an adult purchaser, your browser or device, or an available support, payment, production, delivery, or security provider.

Prescription and optical data boundary
  • Use prescription and optical information only for the order, review, production, quality, support, or recordkeeping task.
  • Do not expose sensitive order data through page URLs, public files, unnecessary email fields, or public support content.
  • Website checks and human production review are not an eye examination, diagnosis, or medical approval.

Who may receive information.

Possible operational recipients are listed in Section 02. Other disclosures may include advisers, regulators, courts, or law-enforcement bodies when supported by an applicable obligation or valid process.

Retention, deletion, and security.

Only authorized personnel may access prescription attachments emailed for a return or remedy request. These attachments are deleted 30 days after the case closes unless legal retention is required. Deletion requests may be subject to legal retention duties and other lawful exceptions. No absolute security is guaranteed.

Your choices and privacy rights.

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability; object to eligible processing; withdraw consent where consent is used; complain to an appropriate regulator; use a required authorized-agent or appeal process; and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising an applicable right. Available rights may be subject to identity verification, legal retention duties, and other lawful exceptions.

Depending on the law that applies, you may have choices about non-essential cookies, marketing, sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.

Provide only the information needed about a minor wearer, and keep prescription or identity documents out of the general Contact form and public forms.

Contact, requests, and complaints.

Privacy-rights requests may be subject to proportionate identity or authorized-agent verification. Where verification is required, provide only the information needed for that verification.

Do not send prescription images or values, payment-card information, identity documents, a full address, or other sensitive records through the general Contact form or a public form.

Do not use the general Contact form or public forms to submit sensitive documents or formal privacy-rights requests. Prescription attachments for a return or remedy request may be emailed to support@fovevia.com. Send only necessary information, follow Returns & Refunds, and never send payment credentials.
