Confirm the model and lens type first. Then check your prescription, full costs and timing before continuing.

Before you start

01 / DEVICE

Your exact model

Have the complete model name, generation and any frame-size or hardware variant ready. Similar names do not always mean the same fit.

02 / PRESCRIPTION

Your prescription details

For prescription lenses, keep a clear copy of the prescription accepted for your product. Check both eyes and every plus or minus sign.

03 / QUESTIONS

Anything you need to check

Unsure about fit, prescription details or what is included? Find the right help before making a selection.

The full path

Five steps, from device to daily use.

Know what to prepare, what to check and where to get help. Start with the device you own, then follow the steps in order.

Choose your exact device.

Match the full model name, generation, size and hardware variant. Check whether you need a VR/AR insert, a separate carrier, a smart-glasses replacement lens or a plano protector—these are different products. Confirm what is included and which similar models are excluded. If you cannot identify your model, ask for device help before choosing.

Prepare your prescription.

Use the prescription type specified for your device and lens product. Keep right eye (OD) and left eye (OS) separate, and copy each plus or minus sign exactly. PD, ADD, prism and other requirements depend on the product; do not guess or convert values yourself. Review prescription questions or get help with unclear details.

Check your order details.

Read back the exact device, lens product, included parts, prescription and selected options. Check the full cost, including any shipping, taxes or duties shown, together with production estimates and the applicable terms. Keep a copy of the confirmed details. If something is missing or incorrect, resolve it before continuing. Review returns and responsibility.

Understand production and delivery.

Production covers making and preparing the lenses before dispatch. Shipping covers the carrier journey after dispatch; one estimate is not the whole delivery window. Check the current information for your product and destination, and ask which stage needs attention if progress is unclear. Read the shipping and delivery guide.

Install and get started.

Use the instructions for your exact device and lens type, and check the left/right markings before fitting. Inserts and smart-glasses replacement lenses need different handling; do not force a part that does not fit. If those instructions are missing or unclear, get device or setup help. For a fit, prescription, manufacturing or shipping issue, choose the matching support route with your order details and a clear description of what happened.

Your final check

Before you confirm, check the details.

Make sure the device, prescription and order details are correct. If a fact is missing or unclear, get help before continuing.

01 / DEVICE

Your exact device

Check the full model, generation and variant against the lens product. Do not assume that a similar-looking device uses the same fit.

02 / CONTENTS

What is included

Check whether the listed product includes lenses, an insert or carrier, attachment hardware and accessories. Do not assume the headset or frame is included.

03 / PRESCRIPTION

Both eyes, checked carefully

Compare OD and OS with the original prescription. Check the signs and every requested field; ask about unclear values rather than changing them.

04 / COST

The full cost

Review the selected options and their price changes, plus the shipping, taxes and duties information that applies to your destination.

05 / TIMING

Production and shipping

Check the preparation estimate separately from carrier transit. Confirm which stage each update or expected date refers to.

06 / SUPPORT

Help if something is wrong

Check the terms for incorrect submitted details, manufacturing errors, fit problems and shipping damage. Read the returns and refunds guide before confirming.

Process questions

Questions before you start.

Practical answers for choosing, ordering and using your lenses.

Have your exact device model and variant ready. For prescription lenses, keep a clear copy of the prescription accepted for that product, with both eyes readable. Other measurements depend on the device and lens type. Review prescription questions.

Do not choose a similar model as a substitute. Use device help with the complete model name and identifying information. Treat compatibility as unconfirmed until a matching product is verified.

Do not guess a sign, combine right and left eye values or change a number to fit a field. Review prescription questions and find prescription help if anything remains unclear. Follow the requirements for your specific product.

They are separate stages. Check the current production information for your product and the shipping information for your destination. Do not treat a production estimate as an arrival date. See shipping and delivery.

Contact support as soon as you notice, with your order reference and the detail that needs correcting. Whether a change is possible depends on the order stage and applicable terms; a free change, cancellation or remake is not automatic. Read returns and refunds.

Get device or setup help and use the instructions for your exact model and lens type. If the fit or installation is unclear, stop rather than forcing the parts. Choose the matching support route with the model, order reference and a description of the issue.
